By obtaining my artwork through commission, trade, gift, raffle, giveaway, adoption, or any other means, you agree to the following terms:Personal Use Only: My artwork is for personal use only, whether in digital or printed form. You may not use it for commercial purposes or profit in any way.Reposting with Credit: You are permitted to reupload or share my artwork provided that proper credit is given to me. Credit must be clearly visible and, where possible, link back to my profile.Watermark/Signature Protection: You may not remove, obscure, crop, or cover my watermark or signature on the artwork.No Unauthorized Edits: You may not edit, modify, or alter my artwork in any way without my explicit written permission.Payment and Refunds
No Refunds: Refunds are not allowed.Please plan your budget carefully before commissioning.Payment Plans and Holds: Payment plans or holds may be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. WIP Updates: WIPs are not provided for artistic freedom commission.Turnaround Time: I typically complete artwork within 1 month. I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a commission if these terms are violated.
