By obtaining my artwork through commission, trade, gift, raffle, giveaway, adoption, or any other means, you agree to the following terms:Personal Use Only: My artwork is for personal use only, whether in digital or printed form. You may not use it for commercial purposes or profit in any way.Regarding NSFW: I only post finished NSFW works to my Patreon (there may be exceptions rarely). You still can post the commission yourself and share it anywhere (except e621 and similar)Reposting with Credit: You are permitted to reupload or share my artwork provided that proper credit is given to me. Credit must be clearly visible and, where possible, link back to my profile.Watermark/Signature Protection: You may not remove, obscure, crop, or cover my watermark or signature on the artwork.No Unauthorized Edits: You may not edit, modify, or alter my artwork in any way without my explicit written permission.Payment and Refunds
No Refunds: Refunds are not allowed.Please plan your budget carefully before commissioning.Payment Plans and Holds: Payment plans or holds may be discussed and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. If the payment plan or hold is violated (for example, if a payment is not made on the scheduled date), the customer will not be eligible for a payment plan or hold for the next six months.Private Commissions: Private commissions (not posted anywhere) are priced at 100% of the standard rate.Prepayment Requirement: I begin work only after full prepayment is received.Payment Confirmation: Do not send payment until I have explicitly confirmed the commission.Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Changes
WIP Updates: WIPs are provided only upon request. By default, I prefer to send either no WIPs or only a sketch WIP. If you request WIPs, please specify desired changes clearly without vague or abstract descriptions.Change Limits: A maximum of 5 changes are allowed during the commission process before the rendering started. Any additional changes will incur a fee of $10 per change.Turnaround Time: I typically complete artwork within 1 month. You may check the status of your commission in my queue or contact me directly to inquire about progress.By engaging with my services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a commission if these terms are violated.
